Welcome to Year 4's Blog

In Year 4 we have been learning about World War 2. 

We have researched life as an evacuee, what it was like to live in the cities, where the fighting took place and how life changed for everyone during that time. 

We have done lots of different things and want to show them off! 

We made some Anderson Shelters:

And created thoughts and feelings for our evacuee 'Barry'...

We have been looking at propaganda posters in World War 2 and how they were used to promote ideas. 

We looked at a lot of different posters before creating some of our own using the slogans from the War.
